Mya Loparo ("we," "us," or "our") operates this shop. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these policies to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

We may update these policies from time to time by posting a revised version here. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the terms of an order already accepted. Nothing in these policies limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurate. Artwork may have small variations in color or appearance because of screens, materials, and printing. A product displayed on the site is not a guarantee that it will remain in stock.

An order is accepted only after payment is successfully processed and the store sends an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order and issue a refund when an item is unavailable, the destination is outside our supported shipping area, shipping cannot be arranged at the listed rate, a listing contains a material error, payment cannot be verified, or an order appears fraudulent or unlawful.

Prices, shipping charges, and any applicable sales tax are shown before payment is submitted. Payment details are handled through Stripe's hosted checkout and are also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, preference, or an incorrect choice made by the customer.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its listing, or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly through the contact page with the order number and clear photos of the package and item. We will review the issue and, where appropriate or required by law, arrange a replacement or refund.

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider and the customer's bank.

This shop currently accepts shipping addresses in the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or other US territories and possessions. Available shipping methods, charges, and any estimated delivery information are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If we cannot ship an order within the time promised at purchase, we will provide the notices and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. Carrier delays do not change the returns policy for delivered items.

The artwork, photographs, text, layout, branding, and other material on this site are owned by the artist or used with permission. You may view the site and purchase items for personal use, but you may not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the site or artwork without written permission.

You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious or unlawful material, or use the site to violate another person's rights. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not exclude warranties or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or an order, and our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
